72+ hours before start: Full refund.

24–72 hours before start: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund.

Timing: All times are based on Europe/Athens (EET/EEST) local time.

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank/processor timelines may apply).

Rescheduling: You may request a reschedule; if the request falls within the same time windows above, the same rules apply and fees (if any) are charged accordingly.
